Benson is a Senior Partner at the Firm and heads the Projects and Infrastructure Department. Ben has vast experience and plays a pivotal role in project finance and infrastructure, real estate and property, gaining international acclaim and awards for projects for which he is in charge. He has advised various developers on project structuring, joint ventures and transaction documentation for various residential, commercial and mix-use projects across Kenya. Ben’s areas of specialization include Project Finance and Infrastructure; Banking and Finance Law; Corporate and Commercial Law, Procurement Law, Land Use and Planning and Property Law.
Ben is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a Notary Public. He holds a Diploma from Kenya School of Law, a Diploma from the Kenya Institute of Supplies Management and a Certificate of the Principles and Practice of New Urbanism from the University of Miami - School of Architecture. He is a member of the Law Society of Kenya, East African Law Society and Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (UK).
